We appreciate your need to get away this summer and we understand that for the moment, the travel risk is considered high. But the time will come and we will be able to travel again. For the moment, keep yourself safe.
During these unpredicted hard times, the health and safety of our guests and staff remain our number one priority. High safety and hygiene measures are taken as part of our struggle to keep our properties safe for leisure.
As we are witnessing these unforeseen circumstances, we decided to follow the latest recommendations suggested by the Greek authorities to stay on top of this evolving situation. So, we decided to share with you the following information, to keep you updated.
The Greek government, faced with the unprecedented turn of global events and further to similar initiatives of other EU countries, passed on the 13th of April 2020 a law that allows businesses in the travel industry to issue a voucher, lasting for 18 months from the issuing date, for guests who demand in written an immediate refund. The aforementioned voucher covers deposits for tourist services reported from the 25th of February 2020 to the 30th of September 2020.
Our hotel, after receiving in written your demand for refund, is obliged to reply within 30 days by providing the information about the 18-month voucher.
If you do not receive a reply after the deadline of 30 days, the hotel is obliged to proceed with the refund of your paid deposit.
